As for adoption process, i'm currently exchanging e-mails with Evira (Finland) to make it correct. There are two ways you can take the dog - come to Svetogorsk (you need visa) or come to finnish border at Vaalimaa. If you take dog in Svetogorsk, you don't pay to border vet, if you take dog in Vaalimaa, you pay about 90 euro to finnish border vet for check. Both ways are legal, you will have all documents.

We used to give dogs for free, but some people were thinking it was suspicious. Now we will be asking 40 euro, that means in Vaalimaa you will have to pay 90+40=130, in Svetogorsk - 40. Still, if your budget is low, we can give a dog for free, you just need to let me know. This way you pay only to border vet if you come to Vaalimaa, if you come to Svetogorsk, it's free.
